Morgan Keating’s flexibility allows us to tailor our approach to each individual candidate. Our focus is on helping you to manage your career, assisting you in identifying your next move and supporting you through the recruitment process.
We can start by helping you to review your up-to-date CV, providing advice on layout, content etc. if necessary. Through a telephone interview we will then build on the CV information, refining your personal profile, understanding the key drivers behind your next move and appraising your value in the market.
When you apply for a specific position, your profile will be considered against the brief given to us by our client and we will share relevant information on the role to enable us to agree whether to progress your application. When appropriate, we will also discuss potential alternative opportunities that meet your brief and agree a strategy with you to support your next career move.
We will always keep you informed throughout your job search, meet with you when appropriate and provide regular and honest feedback at all stages. Our aim is to try and collaborate with you to help walk you through the recruitment process and to achieve your career goals. |
